Chokidaar Application Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") grants you ("Client", "Shop Owner") a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Chokidaar Apps software and mobile application strictly in accordance with the terms of your active subscription plan.

This is a license to use the software, not a sale of the software. All source code, AI algorithms, database schemas, and UI designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Chokidaar Application Pvt. Ltd.

To guarantee data accuracy and prevent local manipulation or theft, Chokidaar Apps operates entirely on cloud servers.

• You acknowledge that a stable internet connection is required for live billing and multi-store syncing.
• We do not support permanent 'Offline Billing' as it violates our security and anti-theft architecture.
• We utilize enterprise-grade servers (e.g., AWS) and strive for 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to ISP failures or server maintenance.

As the primary account holder (Shop Owner), you may create sub-accounts for your staff and salesmen.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your master passwords and PINs.
• All activities, billing entries, and parcha submissions that occur under your staff's accounts.
• Ensuring your staff do not share their unique login credentials with unauthorized persons.

To protect our proprietary technology, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Chokidaar software.
• Resell, lease, or sub-license your software access to other liquor stores without explicit written partnership agreements.
• Use the software to conduct illegal activities or circumvent government excise laws.
• Attempt to breach, bypass, or test the vulnerability of our cloud security systems.

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. While Chokidaar Apps is designed to prevent revenue leakage and provide accurate reporting, we do not guarantee absolute protection against all forms of physical or operational theft within your store.

In no event shall Chokidaar Application Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or excise fines incurred by your business. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
