Chokidaar Apps provides a digital software license. As a cloud-based SaaS platform, there are no physical goods to return. Review our subscription cancellation rules below.

Digital Service

You are purchasing a software license. No physical products are shipped.

7-Day Guarantee

New licenses are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days if the software doesn't fit your needs.

Cancel Anytime

Cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. No hidden fees.

No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in an active billing cycle.

How Cancellations Work

When you cancel your Chokidaar Apps license, your software access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or yearly). After that, your account will be locked, and billing will stop.

Important Data Notice:

Please export your Parcha, Inventory, and Billing reports before your license expires. Once a license is fully expired, we reserve the right to securely delete your cloud data after 30 days.

Our team will verify your account and confirm the cancellation of future billing.

If eligible under the 7-day guarantee, refunds are credited back to your original UPI/Bank within 5-7 days.
