1. What Information Do We Collect?
Account Information: When you purchase a software license, we collect basic details such as your name, shop name, contact number, and billing details.
Business & App Data: To provide our service, the software continuously collects and stores your operational data. This includes daily parcha entries, scanned purchase invoices, real-time counter billing data, and staff login times.
Device Data: We collect crash reports, IP addresses, and device IDs to fix bugs and ensure your POS system runs smoothly without hanging.
2. How We Use and Store Your Data
Your data is processed exclusively to provide the software service to you. We use it to generate your dashboards, calculate your GP reports, and sync data between multiple stores.
Hosting: Your data is not stored locally on your shop's computer (to prevent theft). It is securely transmitted to and stored on enterprise-grade cloud servers (such as Amazon Web Services) utilizing industry-standard encryption protocols.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We treat your liquor shop's sales data as highly confidential trade secrets. We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may only disclose information if required by law (e.g., a direct court order) or to trusted service providers (like our cloud hosting or payment gateway partners) who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your operational data for as long as you maintain an active software subscription. If you cancel your subscription or your license expires, we will hold your data in a dormant state for 30 days to allow you to export your reports. After this period, we securely permanently delete your business data from our active cloud servers.
